A contractor running three systems that never met
QuickBooks for the books, a project tool for the jobs, an agency running ads. We wired the monthly exports into one dashboard and a one-page review: cash forward, margin by job, and marketing traced to signed work, with the month's decisions on the bottom third of the page.
The quoting spreadsheet that became a tool
The owner's estimating spreadsheet was the real system of record, and it broke every time someone else touched it. We rebuilt it as a small internal tool with guardrails, tied to actual job costs, so quotes learn from the last hundred jobs instead of gut feel.
Search visibility measured against signed work
Instead of a monthly traffic report, search performance lands inside the operating review: which queries and AI answers produced leads, which leads became pipeline, and what that pipeline closed for. Spend moves to what signs work.
We keep client numbers off the open internet for the same reason we'd keep yours off it. On a discovery call we can walk through real reviews and real dashboards, redacted where it matters.
