Do we have to use all three services?
No. Most clients start with Executive Dashboards, and the monthly review tends to surface whether software or search work would pay for itself. Each service stands on its own.
What does an engagement cost?
Dashboards run on a flat monthly retainer. Software and website builds are scoped as fixed bids after the build-or-buy analysis. SEO + AEO starts on a monthly retainer built from blocks of work: you can add blocks to widen the scope or drop them as you ramp up and no longer need them. You'll have a number before anything starts, and we'll tell you on the discovery call what your situation would run.
What do we actually receive each month?
A one-page operating review (what changed, why, and the decisions in front of you), a live dashboard in your workspace, and a log of what you decided and what happened next.
Working with us
Do you need logins to our systems?
No. You drop monthly exports into a shared folder; if it produces a CSV, spreadsheet, or PDF report, we can read it. No integrations to install, nothing new for your team to learn.
We already have a bookkeeper and an agency. Do they go away?
No. We read across what they produce and turn it into decisions. Good bookkeepers and agencies get more useful when someone connects their reports; the ones that don't hold up tend to reveal themselves.
Do you only work with Wisconsin businesses?
We're Wisconsin-based and most of our clients are in the Midwest, but the monthly cadence works anywhere. Exports don't care about time zones.
